What does this have to do with fitness? Well here’s the thing, there this character in the game named Voss. He’s pretty awesome and the thing I like about him the most is that in the game he says this thing “Do you know the definition of insanity…Insanity is doing the same shit over and over again and expecting something different to happen.”
