Hollywood movies are jammed full of blood, gore and violence galore. We are desensitized to the feelings of others and see violence as "fun." We see "funny" videos on TV of people falling down and getting hurt. When we do harm to others, most of us don't even realize it because we're too busy giggling like little children over it. We think it's funny. Unless it's happening to US, personally. The behavior of our soldiers is OUR behavior. Infantile. Read the novels, "Brave New World" and "1984" and understand.
