Mr. Geeman,

You are in direct violation of our copyright for the Money Masters video. I will assume you somehow imagine you are permitted this, once. If it is not removed from your website at this same time next week, we will file a formal complaint with the FBI.  If you wish to deal with them that is your decision. As you surely know, deliberate copyright violation is both a felony and subjects the violator to severe civil penalties as well. However, before we initiate this process, I did want to give you this notice.

 

It cost a lot of people a lot of money to make, and some are still being repaid. It is both illegal and immoral to steal it, even to give it away, even if your motive otherwise may be decent. Revenues from the sale are funding a new project as well. If it is given away, that obviously cannot happen.

 

The video is not in the public domain. We routinely have it removed were we find it, and have had one recalcitrant violator fined.  That was enough for him. No one has failed to remove it because there is no question they - as you - were in clear violation of the law. If a criminal process starts, it is out of our hands then to stop it. This email serves to give you a warning, and an opportunity, and to remove any possible defense of ignorance. So I suggest you remove our video, no later than next week. There will not be another warning, regardless of any reply.
