Our country was founded upon Judeo-Christian religious values.
Our Rebublican system guarantees us rights "endowed by [our] Creator."
Our Creator is God.
Our money clearly states, "In God We Trust."
There are people who want to kill God and Christmas; prayer is banned in public schools, stores don't say "Christmas" anymore for fear of "offeneding" someone.
Maybe we shouldn't give them our money, because "In God We Trust" might offend them.
By the way, the secularists want to erase God from our money, too.
December 25 is CHRISTMAS. Buying gifts for December 25 is not "Holiday Shopping," it's CHRISTMAS SHOPPING.
What next? Ban the mention of God or Christ completely?
I know - we can teach "Scientific Atheism" in our schools, like they did in Soviet Russia.
With religion and morality gone, we can have ourselves a merry little Orwellian dictatorship.
After all, God Given Rights and morality are inconvenient to running a government.
We don't have Christmas trees anymore. Now they're "Holiday" trees."
Then there's the CHRISTMAS tree on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC.
It was changed to "Holiday Tree," then the Republican Speaker of the House changed it back to Christmas tree.
Believe it or not, there were morons who objected to the name being changed BACK to "Christmas tree!"
Un [dirty word] believable!
The tree you put up for December 25 and set the presents under for the morning of December 25 is a Chrismas tree.
We COULD call it a December 25th tree...
Or if you're Jewish, maybe call it a Hanukah bush?
Hanukah only occasionally falls on Dec 25, so there might be some confusion with a date designation for the name of the bush.
Just be sure not to offend anybody with references to the "C" word, "G" word, "J" word, and if you're Jewish, don't use any of the above words or the "H" word or "K" word, depending on how you spell Hanukah, Christmas, God, Jesus, Yaweh, H'Shem or any other religious references.
And NEVER call those egg appetizers "Deviled Eggs."

Many stores are now using the word, "Christmas" in their advertising.
Stores only change things like that if they're losing sales.
70% of all Americans are Christian or have a cultural Christian background.
It looks like Americans actually stood up and put their money where their value systems are.
Congratulations.
Now we need to do something about public Christmas trees being called "Holiday Trees"
Rockefeller Center "Holiday Tree"
Lincoln Center "Holiday Tree"
Our nation's Capitol has a "Holiday", NOT CHRISTMAS Tree now.
Have they gotten that straightened out? We don't hear about it in the media anymore.
The Holiday Season is Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukah and the New Year.
Let's never forget that.
