What it does is to override and negate the Bill Of Rights
Probable Cause is no longer required for searches and seizures
Due process of law is out the window, too.
Now we can be arrested and NEVER given a trial. (Punishment without conviction.)

Now they can tap our phones, read our mail, watch everything we do on the internet,
and arrest us and hold us under the pretext of "Homeland Security."
The very "charges" against us will remain SECRET - "HOMELAND SECURITY."
FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, THINK ABOUT WHAT IT ALL MEANS!!! 
In a few years people may be arrested just for exercizing their First Amendment Rights like I'm doing now.
